If seeing a psychologist is too much right now, still see you GP regularly. They can bulk bill!

Nature helps.

It’s science.

Google: forest bathing.

Find a new hyperfixation.

Indulge in immersive daydreaming.

These are valid ways to cope.

The best thing I ever learnt was to say no. It took a while.

I said no to jobs that were killing me. No to friends who were toxic to me or others. No to doing things I don’t wanna do.

No doesn’t always come without sacrifice, but the sacrifice is no longer myself.
