Julie is a proud Indigenous Lady from Port Lincoln.  She has been doing art for a very long time and gets great enjoyment and satisfaction from her art. Julie resides in Arkaringa House –  supported accommodation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Women who live with and have exceptional needs.
