We have had an absolutely gorgeous submission from one of our mindshare Group Exhibition artists, Sarah Parsloe, and their support network, affectionately known as Team Sarah!
Written by Community Rehabilitation Support Worker Song alongside Sarah and her support team, this heartwarming story captures Sarah’s experiences and learnings throughout our exhibition process, and provides a rare snap-shot into the life of an emerging artist using the power of creativity as a tool towards recovery and resilience.

Song joined Sarah’s Team through the Living Arts program, run by Life Without Barriers, and has also been instrumental in helping us install and take down the exhibition. Thank you so much, Song!
And thank you to Sarah, who let us share this personal window into her first steps along her newest artistic journey. Keep going, you got this!

You can find more of Sarah’s work in our mindshare Group Exhibition ’22 booklet online here.
Please enjoy this beautiful story below!
