Poetry can be a powerful form of self-expression and is a great way to support wellbeing—improving mood, strengthening cognitive health and fostering positive self-reflection.

This Mental Health Week, mindshare will be hosting an online poetry workshop led by spoken word legends Alison Paradoxx and Wallis Prophet.

Participants will be guided through a series of short exercises to build writing and poetic performance skills.

Only 40 tickets available. Book a spot now.

“POETRY PRESCRIBED”

What better way to build social connection than coming together to share stories and art?

mindshare and the MHCSA are teaming up with Draw Your (S)words poetry and the City of Adelaide to present an unforgettable night of music and spoken word from poets with lived experience of mental illness, and the general public.

Featuring music from Annie Siegmann and poetry by Joanne Baker.

There’ll also be an open mic, mindshare exhibit and free kombucha for all thanks to Mojo Kombucha!

For those who’ve entered our 2020 mindshare Awards, we will be announcing the category winners at this event.
