Recently, our mindshare Online Editor for #MHM22, Kat Coppock, had the absolute joy of chatting about mindshare with the eloquently warm Christina Hagger from Radio Adelaide!
Known for regularly producing the radio show “Travelling Life” on Radio Adelaide, Christina also has a keen interest in Arts and Culture and occasionally hosts Festival City, a program dedicated to Adelaide’s wide spread arts scene.

On Nov 2nd, just before the mindshare Group Exhibition came off the walls, Kat and Christina spoke about the process of planning a 170-artwork exhibition, our Creative Writing Awards, the role mindshare plays in the community, how Art can provide emotional support, and ways you can get involved!

I don’t think I can embed this audio in our website, so make  sure you HEAD OVER TO THE ORIGINAL POST THROUGH THIS LINK HERE to listen in!
The interview runs for approx 12 minutes.

Massive thanks to Christina and Radio Adelaide for letting me speak about this project, and how important Art and Community is in both reducing frequency and severity of mental illnesses, and aiding and strengthening mental health and recovery.  Community Radio is just one excellent way to stay connected to your local scene and find out whats on, what’s new, and what sounds good, so make sure you’re tapped into Adelaide’s roots by tuning your FM dial to 101.5, or listening in online!
