mindshare Group Exhibition 2026
Find Your Way to Wellbeing
The mindshare Group Exhibition returns this October as part of Mental Health Month 2026, celebrating the power of creativity to inspire hope, connection and wellbeing.
This year's theme, Find Your Way to Wellbeing, invites South Australians to explore the many different paths that support mental health. Through visual art, photography, digital media, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, zines, crafts and creative writing, artists with lived experience share personal stories of resilience, recovery and self-discovery.
What is the exhibition about?
The mindshare Group Exhibition provides a welcoming and inclusive platform for artists and storytellers with lived experience of mental health challenges to express themselves through creativity. Every artwork reflects a unique journey, encouraging understanding, reducing stigma and reminding us that there is no single path to wellbeing.
Why during Mental Health Month?
Mental Health Month is an opportunity to raise awareness, foster meaningful conversations and promote positive mental health across our communities. The exhibition encourages visitors to reflect, connect and discover how creativity can support healing, resilience and belonging.
Who is involved?
Our partners LWB, Skylight, NEAMI and Uniting SA collectively manage our entries to the exhibition. South Australians with lived experience of mental ill health—including individuals, carers, families, supporters and allies—are invited to contribute work that celebrates hope, courage and the many ways we can find our way to wellbeing. Reach out to our Partner organisations today to submit your entry!
Exhibition Launch: Friday, 2 October 2026
Exhibition Dates: 2–30 October 2026 at venues across South Australia.
