One of Adelaide’s newest rising talents, singer/songwriter Jayne West was born and raised in Adelaide. Jayne began live gigging after leaving high school and had an immediate following which continues to grow.
As a self taught guitarist and pianist, her music is considered to be a soulful blend of alternative folk. With noted similarities to leading artists her vocal diversity gives her a unique edge.

Jayne won the MHW Music Competition in 2009 with her song Mulberry Lane.
