MY BROTHER STARDUST

The stars this night are stunning and burn so bright.

Your silhouette shines like an angel as you light my sight.

I miss you as I wonder where out there you are.

I sense your presence as I stare so far, in ore.

Forever dreaming of a sign.

I say my piece and feel at ease you hear my pleas.

This star so bright must house you, your warm heart, this night.

My babies look out for you while we gaze, far past the moonlight.

This breeze susurrus in its whisper; you’re out there amongst the stars.

When I close my eyes tight I see your silhouette shine so bright.

Memories so dear of you I hold, and pass to my children to unfold.

The stars burn so bright more than ever this night.

I sense you as I reminisce and stare lovingly into the oceanic abyss.

I miss you, for you mould into the stars creating a shadowy bliss.

Forever dreaming of a sign.

I say my piece and feel at ease you hear my pleas.

Memories so dear of you unfold for my children to uphold.

From generation to migration your life will forever and ever be told.
