What and who do they service?
Country North Community Services provides a range of community programs in the Lower North of South Australia. Services include: Carers Link program which provides direct support for carers through support groups, counseling, advocacy, information, outings, retreats and a resource library; Respite Link provides in-home respite, overnight respite for carers or frail aged and/or people with dementia, respite for employed carers and mental health respite; Disability Link provides individual support services, life skills programs, in- home respite and overnight respite; Clare Centrelink Agency responds to customer enquiries, processes forms, verifies original documents and assists customers to understand Centrelink requirements for benefit eligibility; and the Service SA Rural Agency provides access to State Government Services.
