Finding assistance in the Mental Health System can be a complex journey so we have provided you with some handy hint sheets and ideas or how to look after your mental health and or access community assistance and services.

During the Christmas period it can sometimes be hard to get the help you need. Below are services and ways that may help.

  • Visit your GP (ask for a referral for 10 free visit to Psychiatric services).
  • Talk to a friend

  • In an emergency, ring 13 14 65
